How to Guide for Minting New NFTs

NFT launches on Joepegs happen on the 'Mint' page. If you want to participate in a Joepegs launch event and mint an NFT, follow the steps below.

Not all NFT mints are configured in the same way. For guides on how to mint specific upcoming NFT collections consult Joepeg's communications for the launch.

Step by Step Guide

  1. To get started, navigate to the Mint page and select Live Mint.

  2. Make sure your wallet is connected

  3. If you are on the Mintlist, then you will be able to mint NFTs (up to the max allocation) in the first phase. If you are not, you will have to wait until the public phase begins.

  4. Select the number of NFTs you want to mint and select 'Mint for X AVAX'

Mintlist

Some projects may have a 'mintlist' sale as part of their launch. If you are able to mint during this phase it means that your wallet has been granted privileged access to the launch event by the project's team. The advantage of being on the mintlist is often that you will get early access to mint new collections, or mint at a discount. In this section you will also be able to see how many NFTs are remaining in this round, the time left before the round finishes and how much the NFT costs to mint.

Public Mint

As above, except the Public Mint phase allows anyone to mint the collection. This is where you select the quantity of NFTs you wish to mint. Most projects have a MAX allocation given to each wallet, which controls how many NFTs you can mint with each wallet. Once you have selected the amount click MINT and confirm the transaction in your wallet pop-up.
